Looking for a veterinary career that feels sustainable?

At Park Ridge Animal Hospital, we're proving that great medicine and a great life outside the hospital don't have to be mutually exclusive. We're seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing small animal practice in Bergen County, New Jersey. Whether you're an experienced Veterinarian or a newer DVM looking for mentorship, you'll find a team that genuinely enjoys working together, practices progressive medicine, and believes veterinary careers should be built for the long haul.

Our hospital offers advanced imaging, dedicated surgery suites, Fear Free principles, same-day appointments, and a Medical Director who works alongside the team every day. We move quickly, support one another, and continually look for ways to improve patient care.

Why you'll Love Working Here:

• Four-day work week
• No holiday shifts
• Shared Saturday rotations across the entire doctor team
• Collaborative, supportive culture
• Strong technician support
• Medical autonomy
• Mentorship for new graduates and experienced doctors alike

Most importantly, we've built a team where people show up for each other. And because we believe great veterinarians deserve careers that are sustainable, you'll have the opportunity to participate in Encore Recharge, our unique program that includes a fully paid four-week sabbatical after 48 months of continuous service.
