Job Description: We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Outpatient team in South Bend, IN. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapeutic interventions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and coordinated patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP or PA with active and unrestricted licensure Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care Highlights: up to 40 hours/week schedule Equal Opportunity Employer: We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
