Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cable Assembler for a contract opportunity in Poway, CA within the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry. This Cable Assembler role is ideal for a detail-oriented assembly professional with strong soldering, wiring, harnessing, and blueprint reading skills.

In this position, you will support the production of advanced electronic and mechanical assemblies used in high-precision aerospace applications. Key Responsibilities

- Assemble electronic and mechanical components, assemblies, and subassemblies according to specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, component installation, and related assembly tasks.
- Complete assemblies such as cables, harnesses, chassis, printed circuit boards, panels, LRUs, batteries, and servo motor assemblies.
- Set up, adjust, disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble products while maintaining required tolerances and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, wire lists, terminology, specifications, and related documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and assist with training lower-level assemblers as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Poway, CA.
- 1st Shift: 5:00 am to 2:30 pm.
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 12:30 am.
- Salary Range: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
