HIRING SCHEDULE:

Monday: OFF Tuesday: OFF Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm Saturday: 1/Month 8:00am - 2:00pm * Can add Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Both days' hours are flexible any time between 7:30AM - 5:00PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience. Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with non‑clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice. Patient‑Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing. At least 1-2 years of clinical experience post‑residency, preferred. Select positions open to new grads! Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards. Keen interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Motivated by both financial success and the continuous growth of the practice.
