Salary: $114,297 - 235,319 per year Requirements:

• We have 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• We bring strong hands-on experience running AWS in production.
• We have deep Kubernetes expertise, including cluster operations, troubleshooting, workload reliability, and platform administration.
• We have worked with Kubernetes multi-tenancy concepts such as namespaces, RBAC, quotas, policies, and tenant isolation.
• We have implemented and operated ArgoCD in a GitOps delivery model.
• We have strong practical experience with Helm.
• We have used Terraform or Terragrunt for infrastructure provisioning and environment management.
• We have solid scripting and automation skills in Bash and/or Python.
• We have built, maintained, or supported CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions.
• We have strong troubleshooting ability across Linux, containers, IAM, networking, and distributed systems.
• We have experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability in production environments.
• We demonstrate ownership and have handled incidents and production issue resolution.
• We communicate and collaborate effectively across engineering, security, and platform teams.
• We hold a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• We can use AI to improve speed and quality in our day-to-day workflow for relevant outputs.
• We critically evaluate and verify AI-assisted work through testing, source checking, data validation, and peer review.
• We maintain high integrity, protect sensitive data, avoid over-reliance on AI, and remain accountable for final decisions and deliverables.

• We ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of production infrastructure and platform services.
• We operate and scale Kubernetes platforms, including governance and support for multi-tenant workloads.
• We manage GitOps deployment workflows using ArgoCD and Helm.
• We support infrastructure provisioning and change management with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• We build and support CI/CD automation and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions.
• We take part in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvement efforts.
• We reduce operational toil through scripting, tooling, and process automation.
• We advance observability across logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerting.
• We support secure secrets integration, IAM-aware operations, and platform guardrails.
• We partner closely with application, security, and platform teams to improve reliability and delivery outcomes.
