Job Overview & Work Site

Your caseload You'll work with a diverse and engaging caseload, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values shared knowledge and teamwork.

• Limited drive time between visits as much as possible
• Clinical leadership by therapists who understand your day-to-day challenges
• Individualized support for your interests and professional growth
• Collaboration with Home Healthcare colleagues for a comprehensive, team-based approach to care

License & Experience

Position requirements Graduate (current or pending) of an accredited physical therapy assistant program Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license New graduates encouraged to apply
