What You’ll Do Create a warm, consistent, and developmentally rich classroom. Inspire hands-on learning through creativity, patience, and intention. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth the Montessori way. Who We’re Looking For At least 1 year of lead teacher experience in preschool or childcare. Strong understanding of early childhood development. Nurturing, patient, and organized by nature. A positive communicator who thrives in a team. Passionate about early education and eager to grow into Montessori leadership.
