Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Civil Litigation
A growing plaintiff-side civil litigation firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience to join its dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on litigation experience across a diverse range of civil matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Practice Areas- Personal Injury Litigation

- Commercial Litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Propound and respond to written discovery
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle motion practice and court appearances
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience required
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, and court appearances independently
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Salary starting at $100,000+, depending on experience and qualifications
