Operations Management Analyst

Operations Management Analyst – Patuxent River, MD The position provides journeyman‑level executive operations support services to the PMA-262 MQ‑4C Triton Program Office, supporting leadership execution, office operations, and cross‑functional coordination. The role directly supports the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and the Operations Officer in all aspects of program office operations. Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Operations Serve as primary support interface for senior leadership, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), external stakeholders, and distinguished visitors Coordinate executive schedules, travel planning, calendar synchronization, visitor engagement, meeting logistics, and executive briefing support Manage leadership action tracking, workflow management, document routing, suspense tracking, and task management to improve organizational efficiency Maintain a professional, responsive, and mission‑focused front office environment supporting PMA-262 leadership priorities Program & Process Management – support operational management activities including special projects, office operations coordination, and process improvement initiatives Assist with access control administration, personnel identification (PID) management, and physical security administrative support Support daily mission execution and rapidly shifting operational priorities with Operations, Acquisition, Contracts, and Business Financial Management teams Provide exposure to acquisition and program management operations, including procurement planning coordination, executive reporting, and acquisition documentation support Qualifications Required Experience: Three (3) to Ten (10) years performing duties described above Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or allowable substitutions Allowable substitutions: Associate’s Degree and Two (2) years of additional experience Four (4) years of experience with no degree Desired Experience: Strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, adaptability, and ability to independently manage multiple high‑visibility tasks Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking skills Hybrid Work Disclaimer This position may allow for hybrid work; however, employees must be able and willing to travel and provide in‑office or on‑site support as required by customer requirements, project demands, or business needs. Security Clearance Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance preferred or ability to obtain. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Compensation and Benefits Compensation for this position is $74,985.65 – $112,478.47 NTE (annualized USD). The range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
