Where: Marengo, IL

When: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT opportunities may start at 5:00 AM)

Pay Rate: 23.88

Do you read a blueprint like a roadmap, lay down consistent MIG beads in any position, and keep a work cell spotless? If so, step into a fabrication role where precision meets productivity—and where extra hours are available when you want them.

What you’ll do

• Execute MIG welding in all positions to achieve required mechanical strength
• Operate welding robots as production dictates
• Inspect robotic welds for accuracy, placement, and quality
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to build right the first time
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace

What you need to succeed

• Demonstrated MIG welding experience
• Ability to read and apply blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience with ARC, MIG, gas welding, torch cutting, grinding, and slag removal
• Comfort standing an entire shift and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Dependable, detail-conscious, and committed to quality
