Responsible for investigating and managing complex homeowner claims, the fully remote Inside Property Adjuster will evaluate coverage, assess damages, and prepare detailed estimates to support fair and accurate claim outcomes while working directly with customers and contractors. Key responsibilities Exhibits mastery in estimating fundamentals to create estimates of damages on complex first-party homeowner losses Builds strong relationships with both internal and external customers Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices while negotiating settlements and documenting outcomes Required qualifications Prior experience handling residential homeowner claims Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in claims processing Ability to mentor and provide direction to junior employees Demonstrated expertise in managing complex claims from inspection through resolution
