Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves evaluating and providing rehabilitative services to patients with cognitive and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) physical functioning disorders. Candidates are required to bring their active occupational therapist license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license; 1+ years of occupational therapy experience; long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation (Rehab) experience; valid skills checklist within 1 year; 0-1 reference at the time of submission; must have active OT license at the time of submission
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: No weekends required. The candidate will participate in facility and company mandated trainings, in-services, and conferences. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop care plans, administer procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, and document all services provided per regulatory and clinical practice standards. The role may involve supervising occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students.
