Qualifications Ability to operate vehicles and diagnostic equipment Valid driver’s license and CDL Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in ag equipment Ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent workflow planning and organizational skills Strong customer service skills 5+ years of experience performing service repairs Schedule Full‑time, primarily outside the dealership with flexible hours. After‑hours and on‑call support is required.
