LPN Charge Nurse

Wage Range (DOE): $33.58$42.79/hour $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for LPNs! NOC Differential: Additional $3.00/hour for hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Schedule

12-hours Day shifts: 6:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. / shifts: 6:00 p.m.6:00 a.m.

Two-week rotating schedule: 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next

Requirements

• Current Oregon LPN license in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Current Food Handler's Card
