Regional Business Director (Arkansas and Memphis) Johnson and Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology
Johnson & Johnson
Regional Business Director position managing sales and clinical teams across Arkansas and Memphis for Johnson & Johnson's Electrophysiology division. Responsible for driving revenue targets, leading Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists, and executing commercial strategy in the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales results and meet/exceed profit targets aligned with business plan
- Manage Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists performance and development
- Develop and execute tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives
- Build and maintain key customer relationships within the region
- Recruit, develop, and retain regional talent through performance management and succession planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Medical device or pharmaceutical sales leadership experience
- Proven track record managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Experience developing clinical and commercial talent
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
