Now Hiring: Dietary Aide (With Cook Cross-Training)

The Springs of Mt. Vista | 202 Tims Avenue, Harrison, AR 72601

The Springs of Mt. Vista is currently seeking a dietary aide who is willing to be cross-trained to assist with cooking duties as needed. If you're dependable, team-oriented, and ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents, wed love to meet you!

Available shifts:

  • First shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 5:00 AM 1:30 PM & Saturday from 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
  • Second shift: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

Sign-on bonus:

$500 bonus after 3 consecutive months with no missed shifts (conditions apply)

Job requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Willingness to learn and take on occasional cook duties
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
