Airflow Engineer

Permanent position for a Mechanical Engineer for pneumatics airflow inspection. Work with engineering, quality and manufacturing employees. Review customer drawings and specifications to determine airflow inspection requirements. Program flow systems and CCDI airflow test stands per blueprint requirements. Perform troubleshooting on airflow test stand units and fixtures. Ensure airflow data is available for engineering, quality and customer review. Perform airflow studies as required by customer blueprints and specifications. Create master castings for airflow inspection. Design, build and improve airflow fixtures. Ensure airflow test stands and fixtures are properly maintained and calibrated. Participate in customer and NADCAP audits. BS Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge in pneumatics and airflow inspection. Experience with MS Office and CAD software Experience with airflow and pneumatics. Good math and statistical skills. Ability to work well with people. Good record keeping skills.
