Medication management, vitals, treatments, wound care, education, and assessments. Collaborate with our clinical team for changes in condition and care coordination. Document visits electronically (user‑friendly system; training provided). What We’re Looking For Active Indiana RN or LPN license. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
