Hearing Instrument Specialist | Northwest Michigan | $25 Per Hour Location: Northwest Michigan Schedule: 2–3 days per week Compensation: $25 per hour Position Type: W2 About The Opportunity Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) to provide care across multiple locations throughout Northwest Michigan. This is a field-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical care team, delivering essential hearing services directly to patients in a consistent, well-supported environment serving senior populations. The Setting This opportunity operates across established long-term care and skilled nursing environments. Facilities have consistent patient volume and support staff Organized scheduling and coordinated patient flow Structured, repeatable weekly routes Focus on serving senior and underserved populations We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on patient care. What You’ll Do Perform hearing evaluations and assessments within your scope of practice Assess patients for hearing loss and determine appropriate hearing instrument needs Fit, program, and adjust hearing instruments Educate patients and facility staff on hearing instrument use and careWork alongside facility staff to coordinate patient care Deliver consistent, high-quality hearing care across assigned locations What Makes This Different This is not a traditional retail or private practice model.
