The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and interpreting telemetry data. The RN will provide care to patients suffering from acute and chronic illnesses. Effective communication with the healthcare team is essential. The nurse must adhere to safety and health protocols. Participation in continuous education related to nursing and telemetry is required. This role requires critical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations. The RN will document patient assessments and care provided in electronic health records. A strong understanding of cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias is necessary for this position.
