Retail Donation Attendant Positions
Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, fast-paced individuals to fill part-time and full-time retail donation attendant positions at our Oxford store located at 190 S Washington, Oxford. $16.00 an hour. Bonus potential! And 20% discount on in-store purchases. Career advancement opportunities through Goodwill Academy.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, assisting them with donations in a friendly, professional, and safe manner.
- Assist with customer/donor concerns, handling them professionally.
- Record all donors and donations accurately on the donation tracking form; record all gaylords/items accurately on the bill of lading.
- Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining the cleanliness in the backroom and on the sales floor.
- Maintain standard back room layout and orderliness to ensure efficiency.

- Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts as assigned.
- Can you lift and carry 35 pounds?
- Can you reach, bend or stoop?
- Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
- Do you have a reliable means of transportation to report to work on time?
- Ability to learn and utilize safe lifting techniques.
- Are you familiar with a pallet jack?
- Ability to work in cold or warm temperatures, depending on weather and donation traffic
