Product Business Manager - Ultrasonic Flow Measurement

This role at Endress+Hauser focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth. The individual will act as a key technical liaison, facilitating customer transitions from competitive products, supporting mid‑level engineering initiatives, and promoting Endress+Hauser’s advanced solutions. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and engineering teams, as well as sales channels and customers, this role will ensure seamless project execution, provide product training, and support new product launches, further solidifying Endress+Hauser's position as a leader in energy management systems and instrumentation solutions. Which tasks will you perform? Develop and implement strategic sales plans to support company objectives and revenue growth Facilitate customer transitions from competitive products by highlighting Endress+Hauser product value and benefits Serve as a technical liaison between Marketing and Sales to identify specific product and solution needs Oversee MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and project execution, ensuring alignment with customer requirements Provide technical guidance for ultrasonic flow measurement devices, serving as a subject matter expert to support sales, application engineering, and customers through product selection, system design, performance validation, and lifecycle support Support mid-level engineering initiatives through consultative engagement and solution-based selling Provide training and education on instrumentation best practices to customers and sales channels Promote Endress+Hauser as an advanced solutions provider for energy management systems Coordinate new product launches, ensuring effective communication with sales channels and customers What do we expect from you? Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management, or a related field) or equivalent experience with 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, application engineering, marketing, or a related industry Travel required: up to 50% (primarily within the U.S., with limited international trainings) Preferred qualifications Relevant experience working with and around ultrasonic flow measurement products and applications with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value, support sales and application teams Collaborates effectively with others, sometimes across departments, to achieve organizational goals and enhance customer experience Knowledge of role specific Endress+Hauser instrumentation portfolio Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative Demonstrates enthusiasm and self‑motivation, taking pride in your work and channeling energy into achieving tasks with a strong sense of ownership Demonstrates trust, respect, and support for others, fostering teamwork and a collaborative spirit What can you expect from us?
