Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I)We are seeking an internal DHL candidate for this posting. This role requires a highly capable and results-driven leader with strong expertise in ETQ, OMS, and Safety programs. Additional experience in Logics, Security, BCM, Universal Waste, Go Green initiatives, Tier 2 reporting, and Smart OPS is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will provide leadership and strategic oversight to three supervisors across three geographically dispersed locations, requiring approximately 50% travel between Channahon, IL; Memphis, TN; and Waddell, AZ.Given the multi-site scope and operational complexity of the position, the ideal candidate must possess strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. They should be able to effectively manage competing demands, drive compliance and operational excellence, support site-level initiatives, and ensure consistent execution of key programs across all locations while maintaining high standards of performance, accountability, and responsiveness.The Sr. Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) role has a national salary range of $85,000 - $100,000. For roles within California and Washington the range is $85,000 to $110,000.
