Descripción del puesto: Representante de servicio al clienteTítulo: Representante de servicio al cliente (CSR)Departamento: Administración de OficinaReporta a: Gerente de OficinaObjetivo de trabajo:El objetivo principal de CSR es garantizar que la satisfacción del cliente supere los estándares establecidos por The Grounds Guys a través de un excelente servicio al cliente y el seguimiento de las áreas de resultados clave.Responsabilidades:Demuestra la capacidad de mantener una conversación profesional con residentes comerciales y residenciales, propietarios y tomadores de decisiones.Seguimiento con los clientes después de los trabajos completados para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente con el trabajoResponsable de administrar el sistema Net Promoter Score y crear un informe para la reunión de producción semanal.Asistir al equipo de ventas con el seguimiento de las propuestas enviadasUso de scorpion, home advisor y otras fuentes de marketing para realizar un seguimiento de los gastos de marketing y el ROI.Se adhiere a todas las políticas, procedimientos y códigos de ética empresarial de la empresa y se asegura de que se comuniquen e implementen dentro del equipo.Participa y contribuye al desarrollo de programas educativos ofrecidos a clientes, prospectos y empleados de la empresa.Otros -Iniciar la gestión de los sistemas y procedimientos de recursos humanos de la empresa.Otras funciones que le sean asignadas.Relaciones y roles:Ayudar a mantener contacto con todos los clientes en el área de mercado para asegurar altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente.Demostrar capacidad para interactuar y cooperar con todos los miembros del equipo de la empresa.Genere confianza, valore a los demás, comuníquese de manera efectiva, impulse la ejecución, fomente la innovación, concéntrese en el cliente, colabore con otros, resuelva problemas de manera creativa y demuestre una gran integridad.Mantener relaciones profesionales internas y externas que respondan a los valores fundamentales de la empresa.Proactivamente establecer y mantener relaciones efectivas de equipo de trabajo con todos los departamentos de apoyo. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Grounds Guys
