We value the unique skills, experiences, and perspectives every team member brings to the organization, and we are focused on ensuring our team members thrive both professionally and personally.We currently have a career opportunity for a caring, purpose-driven Scheduling & Financial Coordinator who will take great pride in creating truly extraordinary patient experiences while supporting the highest quality dental care.The Patient Coordinator manages all aspects of the patient schedule including answering the phones, warmly greeting patient and parents, scheduling appointments and verifying insurance eligibility and benefit levels. They also direct all aspects of treatment presentation and monetary collection from patients.In this integral role on the team, you will:Answer telephones in a timely and pleasant mannerSet-up new patient visits and collect all patient informationCheck in patients when they arrive for their appointments and monitor schedule throughout the daySchedule continuing care and treatment appointments after each appointmentEnter insurance information and check eligibility and be able to answer insurance benefit questionsSubmit insurance claims and prior authorizations to private and state insurancesCollect and post payments from patients on date of service or when received in the mail/phoneOther duties as necessaryDetails:Pay Range $19 -$24, based on experienceComplete Benefit PackageFull-Time, 34-37 hours/weekSchedule: Monday – Friday, 4 days per week (rotating day off)Multi Location Practice: Hudson + Amery Position requires ability to travel to both locationsBenefits :Competitive pay + growth opportunitiesBonus opportunitiesMedical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability and Life insurance401K with company contributionsPaid time off + paid holidaysDiscounted and Free Pediatric dental and orthodontic treatmentsWe are looking for someone with:Strong communication and customer service skillsA passion for working with childrenAttention to detail and ability to multitaskOrganization and time management skillsAbility independently and in a team environmentPrevious dental experience would be helpful, but a great attitude and a strong work ethic are our first priorities
