Laboratory Technician

Key Responsibilities
Perform laboratory testing, inspections, and evaluations according to established procedures and specifications.
Prepare, label, maintain, and track samples for testing and analysis.
Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Support quality assurance and quality control activities.
Assist engineers and technical personnel with product development and validation testing.
Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and testing logs.
Follow all client safety policies and laboratory procedures.
Support investigations related to product quality, test failures, or manufacturing issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree in Chemistry, Engineering Technology, Applied Science, or related field preferred.
Laboratory, quality, manufacturing, or technical experience preferred.
Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Working Conditions
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Standard 40-hour schedule.
No routine overtime expected.
Laboratory environment requiring appropriate PPE.
