The role As an Engagement Manager, you will manage a portfolio of active client accounts and act as the connection point between clients and internal teams. You will help clients stay organized, keep projects moving, and guide them toward building a repeatable content strategy that works. Think part relationship builder, part project manager, part coach. What you'll do Client relationship management Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong relationships Lead recurring check-ins and strategy conversations via phone and video call Act as a trusted point of contact and help clients stay aligned and informed Content coaching and enablement Help clients understand how to capture and contribute content effectively Encourage participation from subject matter experts and internal teams Support clients in thinking differently about B2B content and audience engagement Program execution Keep timelines, content requests, deliverables, and approvals moving Partner with internal production and creative teams to execute client goals Maintain organized notes, documentation, and account details Cross-functional collaboration Work with multiple internal teams to create a seamless client experience Identify challenges early and help solve problems quickly Keep momentum and communication strong across projects Creative thinking Bring ideas to the table around content formats, campaigns, podcasts, video concepts, and ways clients can grow their programs This role could be a great fit if you Enjoy building relationships and working directly with people Are proactive and like taking ownership Stay organized while balancing multiple priorities Love coaching, teaching, or helping others succeed Have an interest in content, marketing, media, or storytelling Feel comfortable leading conversations and presenting ideas 1.5 to 3+ years of experience in client services, customer success, account management, agency work, project management, marketing, or related fields Experience managing multiple projects or stakeholders at once Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable leading meetings and driving next steps Ability to work independently and stay organized Nice to have (not required) Experience with podcasts, video, or media production Familiarity with content marketing or social media strategy Experience working with B2B clients Interest in AI tools and modern content workflows A mindset of improving processes rather than simply following them In office in Downtown Dallas Full-time W2 position Competitive pay and benefits Why MarketScale You will help companies turn internal experts into trusted voices and build systems that scale.
