GCC Sr. Project Manager - Global Capability Center

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the strategic build‑out of our offshoreGlobal Capability Center (GCC). This is a high‑impact role where you’ll drive end‑to‑end project delivery, partner with global stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence across borders. What You’ll Do Develop and execute project plans for GCC setup and transitions Take steps to ensure minimal disruption during project transition to GCC Prioritize tasks during overlapping transition schedules Define success metrics for GCC transition Identify and mitigate risks, and navigate difficult stakeholders and vendors Manage timelines, budgets, and resources Collaborate with leadership and offshore partners Oversee infrastructure, technology, and compliance readiness Track KPIs and report progress to executives What We’re Looking For 8+ years of project management experience Proven success in global or offshore operations Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills PMP or Agile certification preferred Experience with Global Capability Center transitions #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group
