POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting the Management Team in accomplishing the shifts duties and objectives Ensuring proper completion of all side work Assisting with general shift work including but not limited to- Slicing, Making sandwiches in roughly 30 seconds, doing assorted shift side work, handling customer complaints, and training new employees Completing weekly administrative tasks Being the manager on duty 2-5 nights a week Job Type: Full-time/Part- time Have you ever wanted to be part of the Jimmy John's team that has earned the title "Americas #1 Sandwich Delivery" and "Subs So Fast You'll Freak"! The Person in Charge helps to oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Leader. The Person in Charge (PIC) plays a role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently.
