Summary The Interim Beauty Counter Manager leads the Tom Ford counter at Stonebriar Centre to deliver personalized beauty services while maximizing brand sales. This role balances hands‑on makeup and skincare consultations with vendor collaboration and performance‑based selling both in‑store and digitally. The manager is responsible for counter presentation, customer loyalty activities, and driving sales results. Responsibilities Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customers' beauty goals. Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media. Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships. Oversee sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in the Nordstrom Rewards program. Keep the counter organized, clean, and customer-ready and collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment. Requirements Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current industry trends. Excellent ability to connect with customers, handle concerns with empathy, and build customer loyalty. Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills with a drive to meet sales targets in a commissioned environment. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
