Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Current clinical documentation skills and experience with physical therapy evaluations, plan of care development, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:30-16:30.
• Work Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
