Ambassador, La Collection Privée - Beverly Hills

Summary The La Collection Privée Ambassador will represent Parfums Christian Dior within the Christian Dior Couture boutique, driving fragrance and LCP performance and elevating the client experience. This role partners closely with client advisors and the LCP Americas team to support sales, events, and trainings while delivering exceptional luxury service. Responsibilities Support and partner with client advisors to confidently present and sell fragrances and LCP products as part of the full Dior experience. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume, UPT, and client recruitment and conversion for fragrance and PCD products. Develop and grow fragrance and LCP client relationships and tandem sell with the boutique team to ensure consistent selling ceremony. Partner with LCP Americas to support trainings, master classes, consultations, and implement educational materials and events. Requirements Preferably 3-5 years of luxury fragrance retail experience, with Dior Fragrance/LCP product knowledge a plus. Strong selling skills and outstanding customer-service abilities in person, by phone, and electronically. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and supporting VIP events and client experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
