Pay: $63,161 – $94,741/year (DOE)

Overview

A Level II Trauma Center in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a high-acuity, collaborative respiratory care team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong clinical exposure across ICU, inpatient, emergency, and freestanding ED settings, along with modern equipment and strong leadership support.

Schedule

• Full-time, 36 hours/week
• 12-hour shifts
• Day or night shift options available
• Rotational coverage across inpatient units and affiliated ED

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
• Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow systems
• Perform ABGs and assist with airway management and intubations
• Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, and nursing teams
• Float to affiliated emergency department as needed
• Document all care in EPIC EMR

• Hamilton C1 ventilators
• Avea, EV300, and V60 systems
• Aerovo 2 high-flow oxygen
• Zoll backup ventilators
• Glidescope / Glidescope GO

Requirements

• RRT credential required (CRT not accepted)
• Active Arizona Respiratory Care license required
• Minimum 2 years acute care experience preferred
• Strong ventilator and critical care experience
• EPIC experience required

Certifications

• BLS, ACLS, PALS required
• NRP required for NICU-experienced candidates
