JUNIOR TAX ASSOCIATE (R2894) multiple locations: Seattle, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Boston, New York, Santa Monica, or Washington D.C.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Tax Associate to join our tax team. This is a full-time position available in multiple locations: Seattle, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Boston, New York, Santa Monica, or Washington D.C.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with tax research and analysis
Prepare tax returns and documentation
Conduct tax planning and strategy work
Support senior tax professionals on client engagements
Maintain tax work papers and documentation
Monitor tax law developments and updates
Interact with clients on tax matters
Participate in tax projects and initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
Working toward CPA certification preferred
Strong tax knowledge and analytical skills
Excellent research and writing abilities
Proficiency with tax software and databases
Attention to detail and accuracy
Team collaboration skills

Compensation

Salary: $225,000 – $310,000/year plus performance bonus
