Were looking for an experienced insurance professional to join our busy, growing agency as a Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSSR).
This is a blended customer service and sales role for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to better protect our clients.
Previous CSSR experience is not required insurance experience is. Were looking for someone who understands the insurance industry and is excited to bring their knowledge, personality, and customer-service skills into a new role.

ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service and support to insurance clients
Answer questions and assist with policy changes, coverage, billing, and other service needs
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage and insurance products
Assist with quoting, follow-up, and new business opportunities
Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person
Explain insurance coverage clearly and help clients make informed decisions
Work collaboratively with the agency team to create an excellent client experience
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
RequirementsInsurance Experience required
Oregon Property and Casualty Insurance License required
