EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree required Certified General Appraiser license 5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint) Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL *This position can be remote or hybrid The compensation for the position is: salary + fee-split and expected annual compensation of $100,000 - $300,000 Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
