Responsibilities include educating mothers on breastfeeding, maintaining necessary equipment, and collaborating with the Lactation Consultant. The role requires an Associate's Degree and RN license from Ohio. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, understanding of adult education principles, and experience in a clinical setting.
