Oracle Fixed Asset & Capital Project Analyst

Location: Beachwood, OH

Duration: 5+ Months Contract

Pay Rate: Up to $130/hr

Start: Immediate

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fixed Asset & Capital Project Analyst to support a large-scale SAP to Oracle R12 migration effort involving approximately 16 legal entities. This is a hands-on functional role requiring expertise in Oracle Fixed Assets, Oracle Projects/Project Accounting, data conversion activities, and WebADI uploads.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP to Oracle R12 data migration and conversion activities.
• Create and maintain assets within Oracle Fixed Assets.
• Create depreciation categories and asset locations.
• Create and maintain projects within Oracle Projects.
• Create and manage project budgets using Oracle processes.
• Upload project expenditures via PA WebADI.
• Upload fixed assets via WebADI.
• Validate and reconcile migrated data.
• Support asset creation, retirement, and conversion activities.
• Work with business, accounting, and technical teams to ensure successful migration.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fixed Assets.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Projects / Project Accounting.
• Experience using WebADI for asset and project uploads.
• Experience with data migration/conversion projects.
• Experience creating:
• Fixed Assets
• Asset retirements
• Depreciation categories
• Asset locations
• Projects and project budgets

Strong understanding of:

• Reconciliations
• Debit/Credit accounting concepts
• Capital project accounting
• Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle R12 experience.
• Oracle ERP migration experience.
• SAP-to-Oracle migration experience.
• SQL experience (preferred but not required).
• Month-end close support experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or conversions.

Work Arrangement

Remote is expected but currently under final review.

Candidates may need to travel to Cleveland, OH for up to one week of initial training.
