Production Manager

Production Manager As a production manager, you must understand and champion our production processes and core values to always be coaching your team members on how to provide the best service, more efficiently and safely. Responsibilities: Train new team members on efficient and safe job roles. Oversee field crews and manage them as direct reports. Collaborate with account managers to ensure the highest quality service for customers. Conduct quality site assessments (QSA’s) and coach team members on improvement opportunities. Champion safety practices in cooperation with HR. Lead the morning routine at both locations, ensuring crews are ready and minimizing unproductive time. Assist with annual flower procurement, installation, and maintenance in spring. Manage salting events in winter. Apply mechanical knowledge and troubleshoot in real time. Be available for customer meetings and discuss projects or services as needed. Occasionally fill a crew leader position. Work outside standard hours as required to meet customer needs. Requirements: Experience leading and coaching production teams. Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Strong safety management abilities. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and provide constructive feedback. Driver’s license (required). Must relocate to Columbus, OH 43204 before starting work.
