We're hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in orthopedic hand therapy who wants scheduling flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to provide high-quality, one-on-one patient care.

You'll step into an outpatient role focused on upper extremity rehabilitation, custom splinting, and post-surgical hand care. You'll practice with strong clinical support in an independent, therapist-owned private practice focused on patient outcomes rather than volume.

Compensation & Benefits
• $40-$55+ per hour based on experience and CHT credentials
• Negotiable sign-on bonus available
