Construction Laborer

Now Hiring: Construction Worker

Support demolition and cleanup efforts on commercial construction sites, with a primary focus on school renovation projects throughout the summer.

Responsibilities

• Carry out demolition work by removing structures such as walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, and mechanical systems
• Collect, transport, and dispose of debris in designated dumpsters
• Use basic tools like hand tools, shovels, and brooms to dismantle materials and keep work areas clean
• Travel to various job sites using your own reliable transportation
• Perform physically demanding tasks while standing and moving throughout the day in hot conditions
• Follow all safety procedures and take direction from supervisors on site

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more
• Prior experience in demolition, construction, or general labor is an asset
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments, including high temperatures
• Must have steel toe boots and dependable transportation

This is a Contract position based out of Plymouth, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
