Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze deposit pricing trends, customer behavior, and competitive benchmarks.
• Develop pricing models and tools to evaluate elasticity, profitability, and performance.
• Support the implementation of pricing strategies across retail and commercial segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing with funding and liquidity goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and pricing committees.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key competencies include strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, understanding of deposit products and pricing strategies, effective communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or product strategy within a financial institution.
• Experience with pricing tools and data visualization platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to deposit products.
