About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Cybersecurity to support the enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) modernization program. Learn more about career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.comThis role will focus on implementing and expanding Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, migrating applications from legacy identity governance platforms, and delivering scalable access governance solutions across the enterprise.In this role, you will:Lead the migration of applications and identity governance capabilities from legacy IGA platforms into SaviyntPartner with Cybersecurity, Application Teams, Risk, and Product organizations to onboard on-premises, cloud, and SaaS applications into the Saviynt platformConfigure and customize Saviynt capabilities including access reviews, certifications, entitlement management, request workflows, and identity lifecycle processesDesign and implement proof-of-concepts and custom solutions to support complex identity governance and access management requirementsDevelop integrations between Saviynt and enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, CyberArk, and application ecosystemsTranslate existing governance processes, workflows, and access models into scalable Saviynt solutionsSupport entitlement aggregation, reconciliation, testing, deployment, and production readiness activitiesCreate technical documentation, implementation guides, operational procedures, and audit evidenceCollaborate with engineering teams, architects, and professional services partners to deliver roadmap commitments and platform modernization initiatives.Provide technical leadership and mentorship while driving engineering best practices across the IGA ecosystemDemonstrate proficiency in using AI‑assisted development and analysis tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and approved code‑centric agents)Leverage AI to accelerate system design, coding, testing, analysis, and troubleshootingApply strong technical judgment when validating and integrating AI‑assisted outputs into solutionsUnderstand and account for model limitations, security risks, and operational considerationsApply AI responsibly in development and production environmentsEnsure AI usage aligns with security, compliance, privacy, and ethical standardsRequired Qualifications5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.5+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience2+ years of Saviynt implementation, engineering, or application onboarding experienceDesired QualificationsExperience migrating from legacy IGA platforms such as ISIM, SailPoint, or other governance solutionsExperience with ServiceNow and CyberArk integrationsExperience supporting SOX, NIST, GDPR, or other regulatory requirementsExperience delivering proof-of-concepts, custom workflows, and complex identity governance use casesStrong stakeholder management and technical leadership skillsExperience with application onboarding, access reviews, certifications, entitlement management, and identity lifecycle governanceExperience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and related technologiesExperience supporting identity governance initiatives in large enterprise environmentsExperience gathering requirements and translating business processes into technical solutionsExperience in large-scale regulated environments Saviynt certificationLocations: 300 S Brevard, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202401 Las Colinas Blvd W Bldg.
