Overview ELM Utility Services, with over 1700 employees nationwide, has an outstanding opportunity as a Standby Monitor Technician, working in The Colony, Texas. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor excavation activities near high-profile gas facilities and ensure that safe and approved practices are utilized. Starting wages for this position will be $25.00-$30.00 depending on experience. You will also be responsible for verifying previous locate marks made by other ELM Locate Technicians, as well as damage prevention through education and preventative patrolling.
