The Opportunity

You've mastered the work — now it's time to lead it. Crew Leaders own the day-to-day execution on the job site. You're the link between the crew in the field and the management above, and your ability to communicate, hold standards, and drive results is what keeps jobs on track.

Core Responsibilities

- Hold a valid driver's license and qualify as an Octane Approved Driver

- Ensure all crew members adhere to company policies and safety regulations

- Facilitate communication between crew members and management

- Monitor crew performance and ensure work meets Octane Quality Standards

- Complete daily reporting — Work Orders, JSA, and Critical Activity Plans

- Maintain PEC, OSHA 10, and all customer-specific safety certifications

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of industry experience required to be considered

- Valid driver's license with Octane Approved Driver qualification

- Strong communicator who can manage up and down the chain

- Hold a crew accountable while maintaining a positive team environment

- Detail-oriented — accurate, consistent daily reporting is non-negotiable
