Regional Director of Healthcare Dining Operations (Indiana)

Archway Management

Archway Management in Indiana is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (CDM) to oversee regional healthcare dining operations, mentor Food Service Directors, and drive excellence across multiple facilities.

You will supervise operations, finances, HR, and client relations, develop unit budgets, and partner with dietitians to meet regulatory requirements while building strong client partnerships. This role requires frequent regional travel, strong leadership, and clear communication.
