Job Title: Project Manager Assistant

Salary: $18-25 / Hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Responsibilities:

Administrative support for project management
Material and equipment ordering
Reviewing project contracts
Ensuring accounts receivable documentation
Creating and submitting purchase orders

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Some college or technical schooling preferred
2 years' construction industry experience preferred
Familiarity with data entry, billing, schedules
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
