You will define long-term investment strategy, govern capital deployment, negotiate with targets, and coordinate due diligence with IC decisions and portco support for maximum LP returns. The role reports to Bain leadership, aligns with enterprise priorities, and drives fundraising, partnerships, and talent development across the FBV portfolio.
