Job Description

Join our team as a Food Services Worker, where you will play a crucial role in preparing and serving food in a healthcare setting. Your contributions will ensure that all meals are prepared with care and served efficiently to meet the needs of our patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with food preparation and dishwashing as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.

Essential Skills

• Experience in food service, customer service, food preparation, cleaning, and dishwashing.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare, cafeteria, restaurant, or fast-food setting.
• Strong housekeeping and hospitality skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous cook experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a hospital cafeteria where adherence to safety protocols is essential. Gloves and hair-nets are required as part of the dress code, along with tennis shoes and plain work pants.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
