State Licensed Pharmacy Technician

To support a growing healthcare team, the remote State Licensed Pharmacy Technician will provide expertise and customer service support for prior authorization requests, handling inbound calls and processing medication authorizations while ensuring high-quality service in the CST timezone. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls for prior authorization requests from providers and members, managing up to 70 calls per day Process prior authorizations using various computer systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established guidelines Resolve issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a focus on patient safety and quality of work Required qualifications Active National (PTCB) and/or State Board of Pharmacy Technician Licensure Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a healthcare setting Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Open availability with no scheduling restrictions High School Diploma or GED
